Tenant Satisfaction surveys with Acuity

United Welsh is working with research provider Acuity to complete Tenant Satisfaction Surveys.

This will help us to find out what tenants think of our services so we can use your feedback to understand what we do well and what we need to improve.

Acuity will phone tenants from an 01273 number and will call between 9.30am – 8pm Monday to Friday and between 10am – 4pm on Saturdays.

Depending on your experience with us, the survey will cover topics such as how satisfied you are with your home, your neighbourhood, your rent, repairs and other important matters.

Tenants will be called at random but it is not compulsory to take part. If you receive a phone call but don’t want to complete the survey, that is absolutely fine.

Please rest assured that your details will not be shared with anyone else and will only be used to help us review our performance.
