We are delighted to launch our newly improved tenant app TED, a one-stop-shop for our tenants to manage their homes online.
In recent months, our teams have been busy behind the scenes improving the services we offer to our tenants online.
The TED app gives tenants the information they need to manage their home anytime, anywhere. The app is available to download on your phone or tablet from the App Store and Google Play.
With TED, you can:
- See your rent balance and statements
- Pay rent and setup a direct debit
- Report a repair and resolve fixes
- View your key tenancy documents
- Manage rent arrears with a payment plan
- Update your contact details
- Report anti-social behaviour
- Access money advice and jobs and training support

The first time you use TED, you will need to register by entering your tenancy reference number, email address, password and a couple of other basic details.
You can find your tenancy number on your rent statements.
