Thrive is United Welsh’s specialist accommodation and support service. Our Living Well team work as part of Thrive, providing great homes and services for over 800 United Welsh tenants aged 55 and over in the form of apartments, bungalows, sheltered accommodation and extra care facilities.
Our team are here to help older tenants live well in safety, happiness and good health.
With our Housing Coordinators, tenants living at our Living Well schemes are supported to live independently, maintain their tenancies and maximise their wellbeing.
Many schemes have communal facilities such as a residents’ lounge and gardens where people can make friends and enjoy social activities.
