Oak House in Cardiff is a twenty bed supported housing scheme provided by United Welsh, offering support and accommodation to people aged between 18 and 65. The aim of the project is to assist people to gain the skills they require to live independently in their own home.
The project is delivered by our Thrive team and is staffed 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Every resident has their own keyworker who assists them to build their own individual support plan. This plan helps people set goals and plan their future. The support worker assists individuals to become as independent as possible.
Oak House is a dry project and does not allow people to drink or use drugs within the premises.
